Lori Arute | Co-Founder

Ms. Arute works closely with the senior management team, overseeing key initiatives, developmental opportunities, and financial performance.

Ms. Arute began her career as the owner and president of a real estate Brokerage and development company with offices in MA, RI, CT, NY and FL. In in addition, Ms. Arute opened and operated a multi-state appraisal and valuations company as well as a national property management firm. She most recently founded and served as the CEO of the National Groups, a company that provided default services for the mortgage servicing industry. The company included 5 subsidiaries comprised of a highly successful REO Asset Management business, valuation business, loan modification and loss mitigation business, short sale and Deed in Lieu liquidation platform and a closing and escrow business. The National Groups expanded exponentially and enjoyed success for more than 20 years under her leadership.  It was was subsequently sold to Old Republic, a national fortune 500 title company.

Bob Hora | Operations

Mr. Hora is currently serving in a consulting/advisory capacity with LAW.  Mr. Hora has over 37 years of experience in mortgage servicing operations including over 15 years in executive level roles. He has extensive experience with both performing and non-performing portfolios and a refined expertise in default servicing. He has managed multiple areas with key performance metrics for pre- and post-foreclosure servicing operations and under all loan and investor types.

Mr. Hora’s experience has strengthened and evolved over the course of his career due to his extensive experience at some of the most reputable organizations in the mortgage banking industry.   Prior to his role at LAW he was Chief Operating Officer at Consolidated Analytics. In that role, Mr. Hora oversaw operations for all Consolidated Analytics’ mortgage divisions. He has held executive level positions with Cenlar, Ditech, Bank of America, Fannie Mae, GMAC Rescap, Consolidated Analytics, and Insight One Solutions.

Barry T. Fuller Jr.

Mr. Fuller brings over two decades of multifaceted experience in real estate asset management, development, and public service. As a key leader at LAW Asset Management, Barry supports the execution and oversight of federal and residential portfolios, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational integrity, and value-driven asset performance.

Prior to joining LAW, Mr. Fuller independently developed and managed multifamily and mixed-use properties, overseeing every phase from construction and leasing to tenant relations and financial reporting. His hands-on experience includes the successful delivery of residential and commercial units, as well as governance leadership as President of a waterfront condominium association in southeastern Connecticut.

Mr. Fuller’s public service background spans 25 years, including his current role as a firefighter with the City of New London and past service with both the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the United States Air Force. His career reflects a longstanding commitment to disciplined execution, safety, and mission readiness.

Mr. Fuller holds a Paralegal Litigation Certificate from the University of Connecticut and has been recognized with multiple service awards, including the Air Force Achievement Medal and Airforce Commendation medal. His diverse background enhances LAW Asset Management’s capacity to deliver high-integrity, compliant, and efficient asset solutions across both public and private sector engagements.
